Carolyn Neapole : Click to return home

Born to pirates in the South Seas, Ian "Pee Wee" Battle (a.k.a. Tobar) plays guitar in the Carolyn Neapole band, although he has been known to play a ping pong paddle drum solo when it is appropriate.

Clothed in his Ziggy t-shirt, Ian spends most of his time wishing he was Han Solo drunk on Black Bear beer and shagging Princess Leia.

Getting his start in the ridiculously popular 80s band A-Ha, Ian has experienced much fortune and fame, but still remembers his humble beginnings.

"My first gig ever was when I was in a Poison cover band, and was seeing this chick named Tigger. One night I was so messed up on wine gums that I almost drowned in Clamato juice. That was a really close call. I’m straight now . . . only Dr. Pepper and good clean fun."

Ian Battle seems destined for musical success, or at the very least, a life in the church.
